I developed a series of blog posts about AI to help business leaders get acquainted with the main concepts and start to visualize how they can use AI tools to increase efficiency in their processes.
The goal of these pieces was to capture organic traffic at the top of the marketing funnel, then drive readers down the funnel toward Twilio’s CustomerAI offerings.
I began by identifying AI-related keywords people were searching for, then developed the post ideas, created content briefs, and worked with a third-party technical writing contractor to create the content.
